I want to clone a form from http://www.fitsenduranceride.com/FITS2017Entry.html but when i import the form nothing is the same.  It is just row after row of fields.  Is this how it is supposed to import? Do i have to rearrange and format everything all over?

I have cloned the form on the link you provided and here is the result: https://form.jotform.com/70306192463957

Do note that it will basically take the form fields and will display it as a JotForm form with the default layout, since the form in the link you provided is not a JotForm it will not be cloned as shown there, if it would be a JotForm then the form will be cloned exactly as displayed in the link.

You would need to manually style your form as you need it to look, you could check on our themes page and apply one of them so you do not have to style all of your form: https://www.jotform.com/theme-store/
