I cannot get the 2017 Hunt Contract form to properly submit. With all fields completed, an error message appears stating that all "required" fields need to be completed.
In addition, when I go back to "complete" the required fields, all of the fields are blanked and I must start completely over. I cannot tell which field is the offending field.

It's because of the Terms & Conditions widget in the form. The widget is already required by default and there's no need to set it as required from the toolbar. I've fixed it for you.
