Why can't I see my form on any mobile devices?

I posted a link on my facebook page, but I only see it on my computer.

I open the facebook page on my phone's browser as well as on the facebook app, but my post with the link is not there.

Can you clarify where you have put the link of the form on your facebook page? Was it on the timeline or comment section? The link should appear on the status or comment section.
