I have made an inquiry on this already and the problem has progressed and now I am not able to submit the forms on Ipads and Iphones.
This creates a problem as I only have I-pads and I-phones in the field using this.
Can you please help me fix this problem.

As I was not able to replicate the problem, can you share a specific version of iPad or iPhone and the browser used so for us to be able to investigate further?
It would also be great if you can provide additional details on the events for us to be able to understand the problem.
- rjjumperAnswered on January 31, 2017 at 09:45 PMAs u input the data on the iPad iPhone it locks up on one of the data prices it seems to be the first and last name portion.
Once it locks up and kicks you to the top of the form. The form freezes and you have to reset the form to continue.

In reference to the link to the form you have shared from the previous post and the form you have last modified, I'm still unable to replicate the problem on iPad. Just to clarify, can you give us the link to the form with this issue?
