Once-off annual licence fee

My company has a policy not to subscribe to services with recurring payment to ensure that accounts are not left open and payments made for services no longer in use.

Is it possible to pay a once-off annual license fee/subscription without an auto-renew in a year's time?

Yes this is very much possible. Subscribe to the annual plan by upgrading to the paid plans in the JotForm Pricing page. The subscription payment schedule available is Monthly, Yearly, and Bi-Yearly.

You can select the Yearly option since you are after one time annual subscription only.
