    Hello AishaHopkins,

Please note that "Form Over Quota" error message is shown when your account exceeds the allowed submission limit.

I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. Your account is currently in good shape and well within the allowed submission limits. Please note that submission limits are reset on the first day of every month. Since today is start of new month, your submission counters are reset and that seems to have solved your problem.

I would suggest you to please test your form and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

    Hello AishaHopkins,

Please accept my apology for the confusion. It seems the form #70307043379151 is not in your account but associated with a different account "mattwilsonre" which is over limit. In free account you can only receive up to 100 MB of uploads but you have received 922.26 GB of upload. That is the reason why you see over quota error message.

There are two ways to solve this problem:

#1. Upgrade your account to any desired plan which will give your higher upload storage limits. The following guide should help you how to upgrade account: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

#2. Delete the submissions record which has file attachment. Please note that deleting a submission record will also delete the attached files as well and free up your upload space utilization.

For now, I have gone ahead and activated your account so that you can delete submissions records to free up your upload storage space.

    Thank you!
