Height Converter and Body Weight widgets: do not work when embedding the form into Wordpress.org.

Asked by ginabite on January 31, 2017 at 09:22 PM

When I try to publish the form to my website (wordpress.org hosted by Bluehost), I get nothing on the webpage using this script:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/70281805415149"></script>

When I use the wordpress.com snippet ([embed]https://form.jotform.com/form/70281805415149[/embed]), the form shows up but there are some formatting issues (see screen shot or go to https://bite-nutrition.com/client-intake-form-2/)

    - Weight and height field controls are not showing up right

    - HTML commands are not working

Lastly, I do not want the frame around the form and can't figure out how to get rid of it.

    Thanks for your help!

I checked your link but there doesn't seem to be any form there. You can try using our Jotform plugin to embed the form to your wordpress page. Please follow this guide: Embed JotForm in Wordpress using the Embed Form Plugin

If the issue persists, please let us know.
    Thank you.

Right, that's what I'm trying to tell you. I put the code in and there's nothing there. I have tried the Wordpress.org snippet, the Worpress.com snippet, and the plug in. The only one that works is the [embed] snippet, but when I use that, it has the formatting issues described above.

Here is my wordpress editing page:

And here is the site link: https://bite-nutrition.com/client-intake-form/

    Hello,

Unfortunately I am unable to check you webpage where you have embedded your form. It shows "Page not found" error message. Please check the screenshot below:

Based on the screenshots you shared earlier, it seem the issue is related to the width where you have embedded your form. Increasing the width will solve your problem but we would like to take a look at your webpage first. Please share the correct webpage URL and we will try to help you.

We will wait for your response.

    - HTML commands are not working

Sorry, I deleted the page when it stopped working. Here it is:
    https://bite-nutrition.com/client-intake-form/

The issue is about halfway down the page in the Weight and Height fields. They are dynamic fields that change units if you click the icon to the right, but the icon is showing up as a box and it's showing all possible units instead of changing.

Here is the form's direct link, where those icons are displaying properly and responding as intended: https://form.jotform.com/70281805415149
