have created for but doesnt send email when i click submit butto

I have used your service to create a online registration form and embed it on the webiste.

When i do test email, i can receive the email but when i use the form on the website to register, the submit button keeps saying "please wait"

I just made a test submission on your form and I landed on a thank you page after making a submission. Can you try clearing your browser's cache and try again to see if the problem persists on your end?
