Are the submissions that you are blocking will become available when another month started?

    Good day!

    I just wanted to ask  if the submissions that you are blocking will become available when another month started?

    The account has 10,000 submissions quota and yesterday January 31, 2017 the quota was reached that's why the other submissions were blocked. We just wanted to know if the blocked submissions will go through today February 01, 2017 when the quota will reset.

    Hello Angelica,

    When the account gets suspended, forms are completely inaccessible and people cannot make submissions to it so there is no way to accept and store submissions for their availability on the submissions restart.

    I checked your account and found that it's just on a scheduled downgrade. While at this stage, your forms will still be able to receive submissions. These should not be blocked. 

    I also removed your scheduled downgrade and manually restarted your counter for your convenience.
