I checked your email history but all emails which were addressed to the email address email@example.com were reported as sent. You can check this guide in order to view your email history: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
Please also check your spam folder for possibilities of the said missing emails to have landed there.
If the emails are not in the spam folder and you are using an email client application such as Eudora, MS Outlook, or anything else similar, please login to your webmail account (via browser) and check the spam folder there. Chances are, the emails have landed there which resulted to the email from failing to get synced to your email client.
