Changes made to thank you page does not reflect in embedded form.

I've read this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/799891-Why-is-my-Thank-you-page-not-updating, and I have tried what you've suggested.

When I fill out my form from the "Preview" button in JotForm, the "Thank You" page shows the updated information.

When I fill out my form on the website, the "Thank You" page has not updated.  We are using WordPress.  Here is the URL:  http://www.mercerislandwomensclub.com/wordpress/join/

INTEGRATION QUESTION but same thing is happening as above:

The same thing is happening with the integration to Google Drive and Spreadsheet.  Same as above:  From Preview, when I submit my form, the form shows in both Google Drive and Spreadsheet. 

When I submit from the website and I submit, it does not show up.

BEFORE I TRIED CHANGING THE THANK YOU, the submissions showed up in both Google Drive and Spreadsheet.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

I did check the webpage URL where you have embedded your form. The form URL (#70230152322943 ) which shared in question looks similar but this is not the form which is embedded in your webpage. The form which you have embedded in webpage is #70227320016946

You seems to have two form with similar name. I would suggest you to please edit the following form and changes you make in thank you message should be displayed correctly in embedded form as well:  http://www.jotformpro.com/form/70227320016946
