Starter Account Maximum Upload Size

    Hi Jotform Support! My organization uses a Starter Account and would like to know the maximum upload size per submission and the maximum upload size per file.

    Hello,

    The maximum upload size per file is 1 GB. For example, If you want to upload a 5 GB file, you need to divide a 5 GB file into five pieces for 1 GB each.
