I want to Cancel

    I have tried multiple times to cancel the account and am routed to a 'primus' page and when entering my user name or email I continue to get an error message saying my user and/or email is invalid, which I have verified IS VALID.

    I want this account canceled very quickly or I will report this to the better business bureau ASAP!

    You claim the account can be canceled at any time and when I try to cancel it, I receive an error message? Please cancel my account asap.

    I have now cancelled your account in Plimus (our payment gateway)

    Something else, your account is scheduled to downgrade on June 30.
