    Can not receive notification emails

    Thanks for your answer.

    I have still problem with incoming mail. I cleared the bouncelist and still don't recive mails.

    FORM: opaski.sklep.pl

    I don't know what can be the reason. Please help

    P.S. It is not a problem with my mail client, mail serwer, SPAM etc...

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    First of all, I've checked your forms and email configuration settings. I did not see any problem.

    Secondly, As I have checked, your recipient email address info@opaski.sklep.pl was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:

    That was the reason you did not receive notifications into your email address info@opaski.sklep.pl. I have removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.

     

    Moreover, you can check if any email is in our bounce list or not and if the email address is in our bounce list, you can remove it as you can see at the following document link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    Hi Pawel,

    Because your e-mail is in our bounce list again. 

    I removed your e-mail address from the bounce list. But it seems that you have some issues with your e-mail provider. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will mark it as "old", "rejected" or similar, and it will store your recipient email address in our bounce list. So, as long as you have some issues with your provider, your e-mail address will be added to our bounce list again.

    I would like to recommend you to setup SMTP to prevent the bounce issue. We have a user guide about that: How to Setup SMTP for a Form
