    Hi,

We are sorry for the inconvenience issue. Sometimes we need to check the problem directly on our users' forms. But usually, we clone the forms which they have issues to our sides.

From now on, would you please kindly remark this request while you are sending a support thread? We will absolutely take this into consideration.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    We are sorry again.

    Kindest Regards.
