A colleague of us isn't receiving confirmation e-mails from Jotform. However, I tested the forms myself and I received the confirmations correctly. Our IT-department said that there are no emails being blocked to her email account on our end. It is possible that there is a problem with the connection between Jotform and this specific person?
Her email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org

I have checked e-mail address that email@example.com and realized that her e-mail address is in our Bounce List. As you can see:
I have removed your e-mail from our Bounce List, you can receive your notification e-mails now. You may have a look at them to learn how to prevent e-mail bouncing issues and how to remove your e-mail from bounce list if it is in.
In addition to this, you can whitelist our IP address for preventing this issue:
