My form is disabled - why?

    I created a form two days ago and it worked just fine. Today I discover that the form nolonger exists on the page it was added to.

    I see that Jotform has a new version so I tried to create a new form in the new version. But when I chose to preview the form it says that it is disabled. But still it is shown as active.

    Am I missing something that I have to do to publish and make the form enabled?

    As per checking, your account charlottebjorge has been automatically suspended. I checked your form and I found nothing suspicious on your form. I have now activated your account. Your forms are now accessible.
