Since 23rd Jan, the email notifications have stopped going to the requested recipient. The email is Hannah.firstname.lastname@example.org
Other jotforms are still going to her, just this one. I have tried deleting her and adding her again but to no avail.

As I have checked, your recipient email address Hannah.email@example.com was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
That was the reason you did not receive notifications into your email address Hannah.firstname.lastname@example.org. I have removed your email address from our bounce list. So that, you are able to receive emails normally now.
Moreover, you can check if any email is in our bounce list or not and if the email address is in our bounce list, you can remove it as you can see at the following document link: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
