    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    Nowadays, we have some issues with Turk Telekom. Because of this reason, you encounter this problem. Our developers have been already working on it.

    Could you please try to view your form without "eu"?

    For example, instead of this link:

    Please try this link:

    http://www.jotform.com/61512289737361

    Also, you can follow this way while you are embedding your form in your site.

    For example, instead of this embed code:

    We have an update regarding this issue. 

    form.jotformeu.com was blocked in Turkey but the issue is fixed now. If your internet service provider is TTnet, you can view your form now but you may need to wait at most 24 hours for other internet service provider.

    Please let us know if the issue still persists.
