I want to cancel my subscription

    Please do not charge my credit card again...do not renew my monthly subscription.

    As per your request, I cancelled your current subscription and refunded your money for the remaining days. 

    Please note that your account was downgraded from Bronze - Monthly plan to the FREE plan. Because of this reason, I would like to recommend you to check your new usage limits in order to prevent any data loss. Here is our user guide that can help you: Understanding Your Account Usage/Limits
