My forms and my account are disabled

    We have a system which detects the phishing fields in Jotform and this system suspends the accounts and disables the forms if there are fields that include phishing. But in rare cases we can encounter with the suspends which are made by mistake. In such cases our users contact us.

    I inspected your forms and found that some of your forms have been perceived as phishing. Our phishing system thought that you are collecting some sensitive data and because of this reason, it perceived your forms as phishing. As a result, it suspended your account and disabled your forms. 

    However, I checked your form sand cannot find any phishing fields. So, I marked your form as not phishing and activated your account again. We're so sorry for the inconvenience issue.
