I have 2 emails set up to get notification on a form submission and they are not receiving notifications. firstname.lastname@example.org is a safe sender, nothing is going to junk, simply not sending emails.
I checked two of your email addresses and found it in our bounce list:
It seems that your mail server domain hirshfields.com has rejected emails coming from us which caused this bounce list inclusion.
One of the solutions I could think of to prevent this from happening further is to setup an SMTP of one of your email addresses and use that as your sender address for your form email alerts. I also have removed your email address from our bounce list. You email alerts should start sending again to your email addresses. But please do observe for possible instances that your email addresses to be landing again in our bounce list.
