I have been using the same forms for quite a while now and for some reason no one in my company can use the form anymore. I can view it working while in the Preview form feature but if I go to regular browser it does not work. Below are the three forms I use.
It is odd that while in the preview form function they all operate fine but just not when I go to a browser, I tested chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox.

I checked the forms, all of which are loading properly on view. Can you try loading again your form and see if the problem persists?
It would also be great if you can provide us more information on the kind of error that appears when you are viewing your forms.
