Issue with uploading an image to form

    Every graphic i try to upload, does not show up on the application forms. 

    I tried to upload one that had been used in the past, and that didn't work either.

    Hi there,

    According to my checks, the related image files' URLs are not valid or not exist.

    Could you please re-upload your files and let us know the results.

    I have tried multiple times, the logos do not upload.

    Dear Kim,

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    I've cloned your form on my side in order to test it. I was able to upload an image to the header of the form successfully as you can see the screenshot below:

    Please be careful about the image name should not include any empty or special characters in it.

    Please change the image name before uploading to the form and try again.

    Thanks, I will try.
    The form I was using was cloned from another form that is working fine, and I had tried multiple logos, and none of them contained empty characters.
    I have created a clone and that has worked successfully. Thanks for the workaround.
