Basically, I log into jotform, and when I try to see the submissions by clicking on "submissions", the page never loads..
It says that it's transferring data from extjs.cachefly.net but the actual data never loads.
I linked my website to the form using my jotform ID.
It will be great if you can revert back to me on this issue.

Hi, can you try to empty your browser cache please ?
Let us know if this solve your problem otherwise we need to pass your report to our 2nd Level Support.

Hi I just emptied the cache.
But the submissions still do not load.

Ok Michelle. P.s. Have you tried with a different browser too ? I inform our developer in order to solve your problem, however if you can try to access submissions with a different browser.

I actaully tried on 4 different browsers, including an Ipad but the submissions page doesn't load.
The only 1 time it loaded was 2 days ago, at a particular point in time. I'm not sure why I managed to load the submissions page only at that one time because I couldn't do it subsequently.

Can you check if you can access it on JotForm's secure domain, https://www.jotform.com?
