In the form "Registration to an Output" why the Receive Mail mail contains empty fields while in the Advanced Email Settings, Hide Empty Fields = yes ?Page URL:

Yes, you can enable or disable Hide Empty Fields option on you notification emails.

If the template of your email notification / autoresponder is modified, the modifications you make can break the functionality that hides empty fields.
For the Hide Empty Fields option to work correctly, you should keep the default template of your notification or autoresponder email.
The easiest way to get your notification back to default is to delete the old one that was modified, and create a new one in its place:
