I need help about setting condition

Hi, I am trying to setup registration by gender. If gender is Male then How many teams registered will popup will a cost for each # of teams selected.  If female then a separate How Many teams registered question pops up with a different cost per team but when I try this on my registration page it seems to hide all the questions on the form. Please help

HI, yes I have two separate How many team questions already, one has one ? and the other has two ??at end of question. Its when I choose an amount of teams that the rest of the form tays hidden. Whether I choose male or female

How do I get the rest of the form to show when prompted to by an amount of teams
