Why can't I create a PDF form?

    I'm trying to create a PDF of one of my forms, but after selecting the PDF options it just says "working" for a very long time, and never creates the PDF.  I've tried in both Firefox and Safari to see if that makes a difference, as well as JotForm v3 and v4 -- but no luck so far.  This is a clone of a form that I have previously been able to generate a PDF from.  I need this PDF by end of today, so any assistance today would be much appreciated!

    I've managed to create a PDF form after waiting 4 minutes and I have downloaded it as you can see its screenshot below:

    Moreover, as I have seen your form is very long. So, please check your internet speed.
