How to define text fields that auto populate inside order form??

I know my question might be confusing, but here is what I wanted to try to do.  Im creating an order form and I want to have certains fields "populate" based on the info I provide.  We have different pricing depending on service and sometimes we give discounts, so right now, I would have to create a new form for every client sale we make, because no one company is the same (company name, terms, pricing, etc).

Is there a way to have certain fields show different info, based on what I provide?

    For instance:

Company name: __________ (would change, based on company)

Service:  __________ (would change, based on company)

Pricing:  __________ (would change, based on company)

What's included:  __________ (would change, based on company)

    Hope that makes sense.

    Hello,

You can do this by defining conditions. You can change or inject values of fields' information with respect to another field.

    Here are example forms:

You can clone and inspect it if you want. Here is the guide about it:

I hope this answer helps. Please don't hesitate to contact us for your further queries.

    All the best!

Thanks for the quick answer.  Im still confused.  Where do I go to define the text that will auto populate for those fields that would show in the form to my client?

OK, as I can understand, you need to change this info dynamically on your form, if you have already the info about the submitter then you could create a custom link and provide it to your users to they see this info pre-populated and they do not need to fill it out again.

Here's a guide that will help you to pre-populate fields through the URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

You may also provide us the link to your form so we can give you the custom link and indicate which data you need to change based on the user.

    Hope this helps.
