    O link do formulário está apresentando essa mensagem Formulário não encontrado

    Este formulário está desativado.
    Queria saber o que vocês poderiam me dizer.

    I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.

    I have checked your forms and they look clean and normal. I have activated your account and you should be now able to view the forms without any issue. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.

    então não tem como fazer um formulário para financeira ?

    vocês fazem um sistema restrito com nível de acesso um sistema de credito de varejo?
