We need a report where customer data, completed work, working hours and the machines used and other data are recorded.
The working hours for example have to be calculated automatically.
We need fields that access our customer list.
For example, you only have to select the name of the customer, and the address and other data will be filled in automatically.
Is this possible with jotform?

It is possible to create form with functionalities that you mentioned, but it will be a bit harder for the form to look the same like the form on screenshot you provided.
Fields that looks like table and have possibility to perform calculation are Spreadsheet widget and Matrix field.
How to Perform Form Calculation in the Matrix Field?
Calculation can also be performed with Form calculation widget and with conditional logic.
How to Perform Form Calculation Using a Widget
Conditional Logic Inserts Text/Calculation Into A Field
You can also set conditional logic to update fields based on selection. More about conditional logic you can find inside of this guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic
However Spreadsheet widget and Matrix field have some limitations. You could create similar form with basic fields, such as text box dropdown, ratio button, checkbox etc. and you can position them to look similar to the form you provided.
I would suggest you to sign up, create free account and test capabilities of JotForm. You can use this link to sign up: https://www.jotform.com/signup
