We have had a TON of complaints and issues brought to our attention regarding people trying to complete our forms on their mobile devices. Is there something that we can do on our website to make the mobile forms more reliable and easier for people to fill out? Will 4.0 fix these issues?

I tested your form on my phone, but I couldn't replicate any problem with it. But I added a mobile responsive widget to your form and that should improve how your form looks like and how it is responding on mobile devices:

If you experience any problem please let us know, since I wasn't sure what was the original issue. Again, if the issue persists, please let us know we'll be glad to help.

Also, our form builder V4 is the new version of our building tool and it will not affect how the form looks like.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I'm sorry, what? I don't understand what you're telling me to do, but our
forms seem to have constant glitches when it come to the mobile use and we
REALLY need to get it fixed, it's negatively impacting our reputation and
    efficiency.

As my colleague mentioned that he added a mobile responsive widget to your form and that should improve how your form looks and responds on mobile devices.

I also check the form at http://www.highplainspaw.org/adoption-application on my mobile device and did not face any issue.

If you are still facing issue, please provide more specific details about what issues you are facing, on what type of device the issue is occurring (Android/iPhone), any specific steps to replicate the issue etc.

All these information will help us identify and troubleshoot the issue.
