How do I run reports with previously encrypted data?

We have two forms that were created without encryption but later on data encryption was enabled.  Is there a way to decrypt the data altogether and run reports?

I'm currently having to copy/paste the data that shows up as encrypted in the reports from the submissions screen.  I've included a screenshot to hopefully help explain what I'm dealing with.  Additionally, you can see from the screenshot that some columns aren't encrypted when originally they were.
