I have a person trying to complete the jotform from Canada and it's not recognizing his address, which prevents him from completing the form.
He said it's making him choose a selection for the State/Province box...but I don't have that box set up with a drop down menu.
What should I tell him to get around the address issue?

You're correct, you don't have a dropdown menu selection for the State/Province, it's just a regular Textbox.
I may be jumping to conclusions but your user/respondent might have just been confused. Here's how your form looks like:
The only field in your Address Section that allows selection on a dropdown menu is the Country field. Everything else needs to be filled out manually since all of these are Textboxes (from Street Address up to Postal / Zip Code).
