If I have created a form how do other people access it?

    I created forms for people in the office to use how are they able to use it and save it or organize their forms if they use them multiple times?

    You can set them as a sub-user on your account. In this way, you can assign a form to them and provide permission to edit the form or view the submissions. Please refer to this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User.

    However, if you just want other people to open the form and complete it, then you can just share the form's direct link. Here's how to get the link: 

    In the Form Builder V4, click the "Publish" button at the top menu. Go to "Quick Share" section. You'll see the direct link here, you can just click the "Copy Link" button.
