Separate "Delete" permission on Sub-user account to prevent users from deleting the forms and data

+1 for this feature request - I've since learned about the public sharing via this article https://www.jotform.com/help/199-How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page. That works pretty well, but it's not exactly what I'd really like.

We're a new user. We have the same desire to provide View-only (e.g. Read-only) access to form submissions. 

It's scary that "viewers" have access to the "Delete All" button.

FWIW, we're blown away by the product. Congrats on the 4.0 release.
