Why is my form not adding up?

    Hi 

     

    I have set survey values to the questions in the attached form but the fields don't seem to be adding up in the calculation wizard.  Would you mind taking a look?

    Could you explain how to fill your form, and what is the total given versus the total expected? Right know, I just can see that a field from the Function Items area is being added in the "Appearance total score" calculation:
