Please cancel our subscription. We are no longer going to use JotForm on our website

    WE have a different reservation form set up on our website and no longer use Jotform.  We do not need the premium service either.  Please discontinue the auto monthly charges. Thanks

    I have gone ahead and cancelled your subscription to JotForm. I have also issued a $9.90 prorated refund for the time you will not use on your period.
