How to add a privacy statement to my form?

As I understood from your post, you would like to add a privacy statement to your form. 

You can benefit from our widget. I think short scrollable term widget is the one which fits your requirement best.

You can add it to your form from the left panel.

Once you add it, you can configure widget settings and write the content you would like to in it.
