    My account hasn't been upgraded

    Hi

    I asked a member of our union to pay for a year, so i can make more forms.

    We don't now what happened, but i can see im still on a free membership.

    He made the payment on kasserer@egebjerg-if.dk

    I tried to share my forms with him in the hope of we had access to the same acount.

    But now i fear he made a new acount.

    What can we do?

    Hi,

    When I check the account which is associated with the e-mail address kasserer@egebjerg-if.dk, I find that the account is in our Bronze - Yearly plan. As your account isn't associated with this e-mail address your account cannot be upgraded if s/he made payment by the e-mail address kasserer@egebjerg-if.dk.

    You cannot access this account by sharing your forms. You can only reach this account if you know its login information. 

    If you think there is a mistake, the paid account owner can request a refund and then you can upgrade your account.

    However, please let us know if there are some situations such as stolen card etc. If then we must absolutely check it.
