I asked a member of our union to pay for a year, so i can make more forms.
We don't now what happened, but i can see im still on a free membership.
He made the payment on email@example.com
I tried to share my forms with him in the hope of we had access to the same acount.
But now i fear he made a new acount.
What can we do?

When I check the account which is associated with the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, I find that the account is in our Bronze - Yearly plan. As your account isn't associated with this e-mail address your account cannot be upgraded if s/he made payment by the e-mail address email@example.com.
You cannot access this account by sharing your forms. You can only reach this account if you know its login information.
If you think there is a mistake, the paid account owner can request a refund and then you can upgrade your account.
However, please let us know if there are some situations such as stolen card etc. If then we must absolutely check it.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
