Why embedded form is not showing properly?

    merhaba sitelerimde ki formların hiçbirisi çalışmıyor. Sadece kaynak kodu olarak ekleyebiliyorum. Script olarak çalışmıyor ve kaynak kodu eklediğim zaman responsive tasarım bozuluyor. ilgilenirseniz sevinirim

    Maybe you have some script conflict when you try to embed using the script method. 

    Could you please try to embed by using the iFrame method, here is the guide on how to achieve that: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    But please try to use only the code between the iframe tags, like in this example:
