Not getting email notifications when forms are submitted

    This is my official email, I keep getting this message, what should I do?

    Hello Mavunganidze,

    I have removed your email from the bounce list. So JotForm's mail server should start sending email alerts again to you. However, with Yahoo!'s strict DMARC email policies, they may block again the emails and thus your email address may get added again to the bounce list.

    But please observe your email history for the status of your email deliveries. You can check this guide for more information:

    I would also recommend to use another email address. Preferably, a gmail-based email.
