Why I'm unable to view submissions?

    Hi, I am trying to download the submissions for some forms i am using. All i can see is the date it was submitted all the other columns are blank. Can you help?

    The account owner, which forms are shared to you, is storing data in US servers and your account is storing data in EU servers. So you should also switch to EU servers in order to solve this problem. And to do that please go to Data page and uncheck Store my data only in Europe.
