Applicants fill out my form on our company website. There are two upload buttons(Browse) where they can upload a filliable PDF form that I created and their resume (usually in word format). When they upload the appropriate documents, the fillable PDF is blank when I try and open it from my email address, and sometimes (not always) the link to open their resume is blocked by an error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) link from the browser. I have saved past cadidates (form completed correctly and once accessable) to folders, directly from the email that Jotform sends after completion of the form. I cannot retrieve any of the information from the links of the past applicants.
