I would like to take a form I create and put a link to it for an individual to be able to click on it and fill in the form and save what they input. They need to able to visit the form several time to update or make changes. the form would also need to be password protected.  I am a mobile dj and want brides to be able to fill in wedding planning forms and update information as needed. is this possible.

    Hello Addjnow,

    Yes, these are all possible.

You can send edit links for the submissions with the emails alerts that you define (i.e. auto-responders). Users can edit and change the submission data accordingly. Here is a guide on how to dot:

You can create a field and set a value to that field to hide/show other form fields. In this way, you can create password protected forms. You need to setup your  conditions to hide necessary fields on your form and show when the password is entered.

Here is a guide on using conditions:

I hope this answer helps. Please don't hesitate to contact us for your further queries.

    All the best!
