    Hello,

I checked your email logs and found out that two email addresses were in the bounce list. I removed them from the list. They will receive emails now:

I also cheked this form and the recepients on the form (63064399419364 ). The emails are sent successfully to them.

Please also contact to your email provider and give JotForm's IP addresses. If they can whitelist our IP addresses, it will avoid future bouncing issues:

    ip4:64.247.128.0/18 ip4:129.121.0.0/16 ip4:152.160.0.0/16 ip4:65.75.128.0/18 ip4:209.126.119.0/20

I hope this answer helps. Please don't hesitate to contact us for your further queries.

    All the best!

    Hello,

I did check your last edited form and you seems to have configured your email alerts correctly. None of your email addresses are in our bounce list anymore. You should receive submission emails without any problem.

Please note that you can yourself check if any of your email address ended up in bounce list and remove it as well. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

If you are still not receiving submission emails, I would suggest you to use your own email address with SMTP settings to send submission emails. You may like to take a look at the following guide on how to use your own SMTP setting to send submission emails:  https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    Thank you!
