Can uploaded files be sent to our ftp server?
We are using Rumpus ftp server.
On the free version I'm limited on upload file size.
I can't see any info about file size limit on the pricing options.
Can you tell me the file upload limit size for each price band.
Thanks,
Neil

If you want to forward the submitted files directly into your own server, through FTP , you can follow the instructions provided at :
https://www.jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Send-Submission-Data-File-Upload-via-FTP
The Storage space for each plan is specified in the marked row in the screenshot provided below
Let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks for the response.
My question about file size was not about space. It was about uploading a file, on the free version I am limited to about one megabyte files.
I want to be able to upload files closer to 100 megabytes.
Cheers

By default, the file upload field will allow files up to 1 MB, this can be changed in fact; however, do note that if you are using a free account you will be limited to accept 100 MB in uploads only.
Please, check this guide to get more info about how to increase the file size allowed in your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit
If you accept files with a 100 MB size then you will reach the uploads limit with one submission, to get this space free again you will need to delete the submission, it will also delete the attached file.
If you want, you could send the submissions to a third party integration and auto-delete the submissions, this way you do not lose any submission data.
This app will help you to auto-delete submissions: https://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions
Hope this helps.
