    How to make a field required based on user's response?

    Cannot get this to work no matter what I do. Can someone please help?

    I have checked your form and see that there are few conditions set on the form to hide/show the fields. If you want to set a field to be required based on the user's response, you can set the condition using the option Enable/Require field.
