Hi, I can see my forms if I log into my account but if people try to access them they are getting a blank page

Hi there,
the browser said that cannot establish a secure connection, I turned my VPN on and I can access the forms. Strange because I can edit them but I cannot see the without VPN. Is this because I am in Turkey?

Hi Emilio, we recently had issues with users based in Turkey.
The form.jotformeu.com domain was blocked in Turkey but the issue has been fixed. If your internet service provider is Turk Telekom, you can view your form now but you may need to wait at most 24 hours for other internet service providers (such as Super Online etc.)
If the jotformeu domain still doesn't work for you, either give it some time or use this link https://form.jotform.com/63354584718364 to view your form instead.

Hi there,
still not working today. I am withturksat kablo, will they also allow jot form in the future?
Also according to which internet provider people use they wouldn't be able to see the form.
could you make me an alternative link for this

Hi Emilio,
As my colleague mentioned that form.jotformeu.com domain was blocked by some ISPs in Turkey. We fixed the issue about TTnet but others should be fixed today.
You can use form.jotform.com instead of form.jotformeu.com. Please edit URL of your forms. Remove eu. Your form URLs should be in the link below:
