Yes, it is possible to send a test email in order to test the notification. Here's a guide:
1. In the Form Builder V4, click the "Settings" tab and then go to the "Emails" section. Select the Notification and then click the "Edit" icon.
2. Scroll down and you'll see the "Test Email" button at the bottom left.
Please take note that the test notification will always be sent to the account's email address. You need to complete the actual form if you want to test the email recipients.
